Important: Cancellation Charges

A cancellation charge of ₹100 will be applied if you cancel your order within 10 days of placing it. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund (minus cancellation charges if applicable). We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Initiate Return Request

Request a return through your account dashboard or contact our customer service within 10 days of delivery. Provide order details and reason for return.

Package & Prepare Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and freebies. Include the original invoice copy.

Schedule Pickup/Drop-off

We'll arrange for free pickup from your address or provide nearest drop-off locations. You'll receive pickup confirmation via SMS/email.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at different stages. Here's how it works:

Before Shipment

Full refund with no cancellation charges. Order will be cancelled immediately.

After Shipment (Before Delivery)

₹100 cancellation charge + return shipping fees (if applicable). Return process will be initiated.

After Delivery

Standard return policy applies with 10-day window. ₹100 cancellation charge applicable if within 10 days of order.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item or approve the cancellation. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, follow these steps:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide order number and photos of the damage/defect.

Inspection & Verification

Our team will verify the issue. We may arrange for pickup or ask for additional photos/videos.

Resolution

We'll arrange for replacement (if available) or full refund. No cancellation charges for defective items.

How do I request a return?
You can request a return through your account dashboard under "My Orders" section. Select the item and choose "Return". Alternatively, contact our customer support with your order details.
What if I receive a wrong product?
If you receive a wrong product, contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange for pickup of the wrong item and dispatch the correct product. No charges will apply for this exchange.
Can I exchange a product instead of returning?
Yes, you can request an exchange for size, color, or variant issues. Exchange is subject to product availability. If the desired variant is unavailable, we'll process a refund.
What are the return shipping charges?
Return shipping is free for defective/wrong items and for returns initiated within the 10-day window. For cancellations after shipment, return shipping charges may apply.
How long does refund take to reflect in my account?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the return. It may take additional 2-5 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account/card statement depending on your bank.
