Your satisfaction is our priority. Read our comprehensive policy for returns, cancellations, and refunds.
A cancellation charge of ₹100 will be applied if you cancel your order within 10 days of placing it. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund (minus cancellation charges if applicable). We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Request a return through your account dashboard or contact our customer service within 10 days of delivery. Provide order details and reason for return.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and freebies. Include the original invoice copy.
We'll arrange for free pickup from your address or provide nearest drop-off locations. You'll receive pickup confirmation via SMS/email.
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order at different stages. Here's how it works:
Full refund with no cancellation charges. Order will be cancelled immediately.
₹100 cancellation charge + return shipping fees (if applicable). Return process will be initiated.
Standard return policy applies with 10-day window. ₹100 cancellation charge applicable if within 10 days of order.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item or approve the cancellation. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet).
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, follow these steps:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide order number and photos of the damage/defect.
Our team will verify the issue. We may arrange for pickup or ask for additional photos/videos.
We'll arrange for replacement (if available) or full refund. No cancellation charges for defective items.
